The project site is in Alamo, our client would like to build an 1200 SF, two bedrooms ADU at the rear side of his property where it is surrounded by Oak and redwood tress thus, he decided to bring livelihood there. There is a creek also passing through the site where the circumstances required us to consider survey of the tress and creek carefully and we designed the building without disrupting any natural circumstances. Dense vegetation provided privacy as well as requirement of light so that we considered big glazing and using every opportunity to add a window.
