Garage Conversion
Our client in Fremont wanted to convert one of his garage spots to a bedroom for one of his kids. We were asked to design a bedroom with a full-bathroom so his kid can spend his time in the bedroom We conducted a research about codes such as fire zone regulation code and building code so that we make sure our design proposal meets the code as well as minimizing the review time duration. After code review we measured the space and modeled it in BIM software so that we have the whole building information. Then we started the design process with sending regular updates and communications to our client though design process till the end of the submittal.
