Our project which located in the city of San Diego, involved remodeling of the first floor and the addition of a second floor to an existing residence, to transform and extend the house footprint. The addition of a second floor was a pivotal moment in this project, providing ample space for a new living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
Our goal for this project was to not only enhance the visual appeal but also to optimize the functionality of every square foot. By carefully analyzing the client's needs and the architectural context.
The new living room exudes warmth and sophistication, with abundant natural light and a layout that encourages relaxation and social gatherings. The bedroom offers a private retreat, designed to cater to comfort and personal style.
